The Impulse of the 853rd
Century reminds us all of the Impulse of the 20th Century. He's still
brash and doesn't listen to anyone. Now, he is believed to be the
personification of random thoughts of speedsters that traveled through
the Speed Force. Having met up with his teammates Robin, "The Toy
Wonder" and O.M.A.C., Impulse swapped stories with his teammates
about the heroic effort of the Impulse and Young Justice of the 20th
Century, to prevent New York becoming the nest of the Millennium Chicken.
Of course the story could have been true...
The 853rd Century Impulse, has the ability
to travel via brainwaves, as well as Super speed.
